Yes, when in network coverage. The voice option for iPhone is Siri, and for Android devices you can use Google Now. When using the NoteVault Notes! Application, begin by selecting "Type Note" and on the keyboard there will be an icon which resembles a microphone. Tap on that microphone, and the iPhone or Android device will prompt the voice options.

Please note that when using Siri or Google Now, we are not able to retain the audio file for later reference.

If you choose to use NoteVault Human Transcription, you can record your audio at will (whether you are in network coverage or not), and your audio file will be saved in the app and be sent to our professional transcribers when the network becomes available. You will also have your audio file for later reference if you need it.
