After logging in and selecting your desired project, at the top of the screen you'll see 'Record Note' or 'Type Note.' 

Type the appropriate note then hit save in the top right-hand corner of the screen. 

It will prompt you to 'Add New Photo,' 'Add Existing Photo,' 'Add New Video,' 'Add Existing Video,' then lastly 'I'm Done.' 

Select 'I'm Done' in order to save the note.
