After logging in and selecting your desired project, at the top of the screen you'll see 'Record Note' or 'Type Note.' 

Tap on 'Type Note,' then type the appropriate note and tap save in the top right-hand corner of the screen. 

It will prompt 'New Snapshot/Video', 'Use Existing' then lastly 'I'm Done'. 

Select 'I'm Done' in order to save the note.
