No Access - Project is not visible under active projects list. User will not be able to contribute notes in anyway to the project. User will not see any notes for the project.

Guest Access - Project is visible under active projects list. User has read only rights. User can see all notes contained within project but cannot edit any notes or add any notes.

Partial Access - Project is visible under active projects list. User can add notes. User can only see his/her notes within project. They cannot view other notes contributed by other users on project. User cannot alter project settings or export project data into a CSV file.

Full Access - Project is visible under active projects list. User can add notes. User can see and edit all notes contributed to project, including those of other users on project. User can alter project settings (which includes report recipients, categories, keywords, and report settings). User can export project data into a CSV file. User can print or email PDF Daily Report. User can search notes. User cannot invite other users to the project.

Project Administrator - User has all of the rights a Full Access user has, but can invite other users to the project (that are existing NoteVault users or not). This means that a Project Administrator can add users to your account (but only to the specific project they are on). User can also manage access rights and notification settings for other users. User can invite subs to the project, as well.
