What are keywords?

NoteVault helps you resolve issues quickly by reading notes for you and notifying you of important developments on the job when a specified word or phrase is used. (For example: delay, accident, late, back charge, change order, etc.). Keywords sends you an email when one of the keywords is mentioned in a note.

To add a new keyword to the entire account, click on ‘ACCOUNT SETTINGS’ on the upper right of the screen. Click on ‘Global Default Settings’. Input the new keyword and click Add Keyword.

To add a new keyword to a specific project, navigate to the project using the Project Dropdown Menu from the top of the page. Click on Project Settings from the toolbar on the right and then click Keyword Notifications
