Projects within NoteVault can be in one of three states: Active, Inactive, and Archived. Active is meant for projects that will still be contributed to. Inactive projects will still display under project lists, but can no longer have notes added to it. Archived projects are removed from project lists, though the information remains secure.

  1. As an Account Administrator, click on ‘ACCOUNT SETTINGS’ on the upper right of the screen.
  2. Click on ‘Account Projects’.

From there, you can add a new project, or declare current projects active/inactive/archived. (Note: It is the policy of NoteVault, Inc. that a user cannot delete projects. A user can ‘Archive’ projects which will remove the project from the project selector drop down menu. An archived project can be unarchived.)
